A leading US law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax NQ to join its prestigious London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer with a keen interest in corporate tax to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions for an elite global client base.


You'll be involved in advising on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, private equity, fund formation, and restructurings. Working alongside a team of highly regarded tax specialists, you will gain exposure to complex, market-leading work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise clients on UK and international tax matters, including structuring M&A and private equity deals.
  2. Assist with fund formation, joint ventures, and other tax-related corporate transactions.
  3. Provide support on tax planning and compliance for a range of high-profile clients.
  4. Work closely with senior lawyers to develop your technical expertise and client relationships.

Skills & Experience:
  1. Newly qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with a strong background in corporate tax law.
  2. Excellent academic credentials and a solid foundation in tax law.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically.
  4. Team player with exceptional communication and drafting skills.
