Primary Purpose: The Regional Brand Ambassador (RBA) represents Tapestry's brands (Coach & Kate Spade New York) and is responsible for driving sales and service in a flagship department store and overseeing a small regional department store network in London. Reporting to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador (SRBA), the RBA provides feedback and insights and ensures Tapestry's values and business priorities are demonstrated on the shopfloor. The RBA leads by example to educate and upskill Brand Ambassadors, Specialists and store colleagues, and ensures customers have a seamless experience, however and whenever they choose to shop. The RBA is the main point of contact for Tapestry within their host store and liaises with Store Management, Personal Shopping, In-Store Marketing and wider floor teams. The RBA will drive the customer experience, omni channel approaches and seek new opportunities for further brand growth.
