The Sourcing Specialist will:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates and deliver against our hiring needs, in line with our diversity agenda (leveraging inbound, passive and active sources - including LinkedIn, networking, job boards, our applicant tracking system etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates, detailing Axiom’s value proposition and coaching candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path, compensation expectations, interviewer feedback, and timing).
  • Provide funnel and pipeline metrics, relevant industry research, and other data to offer transparency to recruiters around search processes and the talent market.
  • Promote engagement with the Axiom referral program and utilize it in creative ways to build passive and active pipelines.
  • Complete market mapping and competitor analysis exercises to develop a better understanding of our competition and perception in the market, using this information to inform future recruitment efforts.
  • Work with Talent leadership and analytics to design and implement strategies to develop candidate pools for future needs. Work on communication strategies to engage these networks.
  • Support special projects as needed, including talent brand initiatives and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Support the team on administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1+ years recruitment administrative experience or similar background (ideally for a legal organisation or staffing).
  • Ability to develop remote relationships with candidates.
  • Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with senior level, highly experienced attorneys.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and creatively problem solve.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, practical and task focused.
  • Highly organized and able to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent systems skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
