Nottingham/Derby Talent Scout
Location: Hybrid - flexibility to work from home, a local office, and regular travel between Derby and Nottingham.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time

This Organisation's Mission
Our client is a not-for-profit that supports and places people experiencing homelessness into stable jobs and safe homes. They know their model works because 80% of the people they help are still off the streets and in the same job one year later!

About the role...
What you will be expected to do:

• Assess and support people for 12 months who have been through homelessness, placing them in stable jobs and safe homes.
• Build partnerships with businesses willing to work with this Social Enterprise to employ people who have been through homelessness.
• Recruit, train, and support the 'Amici' hosts to provide safe homes for people who have been through homelessness.
• Have responsibility for the enterprise’s operations and activities in Nottingham and Derby.
