Positioned within the People team, this role will support the Senior Talent Manager to identify and assess talent across the Group. This includes managing our Talent Review processes, succession planning, and our approach to career development. The role will also involve reviewing and analyzing data to support talent activity, contributing to the overall Talent strategy and supporting Currys’ transformation agenda.
