What's the role about?

As our Retail Talent Partner, you will work closely with our Retail stakeholders to help source, identify and deliver the best quality store management talent in terms of capability and brand alignment in the shortest possible time frame. You will help to define and deliver our employer brand to prospective candidates and create an unforgettable experience for any individual who interacts with Reiss as part of the hiring process. You'll be responsible for successfully managing key vacancies and delivering new talent to the business on time or ahead of schedule for UK, EU and US (remotely).

Who you are

  • In-house or agency experience with knowledge and proven experience in recruiting across multiple territories would be advantageous, otherwise in-depth knowledge of recruiting within Stores, in a management role.
  • Ability to identify exceptional talent for our brand.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to drive direct hiring methods, identify and efficiently manage recruitment risks.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and focused.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.

What you'll be doing

  • Own, manage and drive the recruitment process and candidate experience within your territories.
  • Proactively identify, source, and engage with relevant talent – through direct applications, LinkedIn and networking.
  • Act as the culture barometer for all applications; selecting who is interviewed by your stakeholders and identifying candidates who do not meet our expectations for attitude and behaviours to be a success in our business.
  • Support multiple business areas with their recruitment needs with a deep understanding of their store objectives and people needs, providing a true partnering service.
  • Deliver effective bespoke recruitment plan for each vacancy managed.
  • Deliver further sourcing activities when required such as identifying target companies or candidates, market research and talent mapping and benchmarking.
  • Constantly strive to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the talent function.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including supporting stakeholders with writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CVs, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback to all candidates.

What we'll do for you

  • Provide you with a competitive salary
  • Company pension
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Plus many more!

We recognise the importance and power of diversity within our business and, as such, we ensure that our people processes are fair, transparent and promote equality of opportunity for all candidates.

It is our pledge that candidates will not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, marital status, age, race, colour, ethnic background, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, religion, religious or similar belief. Every individual will be treated with respect.

Even if you feel you don't tick all the boxes, we'd still like to hear from you.
