Job description

SE:COMMS is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team, working with our portfolio of international Talents.

As our Talent Manager, you hold a key position for securing commercial collaborations and business growth for SE:COMMS. You do this through building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients/brands within different segments in combination with excellent sales skills and processes. You have a natural drive to set and reach goals, always with the set strategy in mind. With a creative mind, you proactively develop ideas and concepts for new collaboration opportunities that span over a wide variety of channels, from social media to physical events. You build close relations and create trust with our Talents in order to develop them and their business, leading to continuous growth for them and SE:COMMS within Fashion, Beauty, Health, Travel, and Lifestyle.

As a candidate for the Talent Manager position, you are social media savvy and interested in influencer marketing. You are motivated to reach both quantitative and qualitative goals, and you are always on the lookout for ambitious talents, creative brands, new social media trends, and other opportunities. You are also a natural networker and you build strong relations with the industry in order to strengthen and cement the position for SE:COMMS.

This is a permanent position based in London.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop the Talent representation offer and portfolio together with the team.
  • Talent representation services for a select number of Talents including securing growth and strategic development for each.
  • Budget responsibility to secure sales goals per Talent as well as overall business goals for SE:COMMS.
  • Sales planning and preparation including target mapping, client analysis, and decision-maker identification.
  • Proactive reach out to clients, development of proposals and quotes as well as negotiations of contracts.
  • Internal reporting of budgets and forecasts to the management and finance team.
  • Serve as an exceptional ambassador for SE:COMMS and network with stakeholders in the industry.

Qualifications and personal skills:

  • +3 years of relevant work experience and proven track record of successful sales (specific Talent/Profile representation experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent project management and administrative skills.
  • Strong relation-building and networking skills.
  • A true team player with a strong ability to also work independently.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
