Enso Recruitment is working with an innovative client to hire a skilled Talent Manager. This key role will drive the people-focused culture, talent development, and retention strategies that support the client’s commitment to innovation and collaboration.

About the Role:

The Talent Manager will play an essential part in enhancing employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR system effectiveness. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, this role will foster a high-performance culture, support employee development, and advance strategic business objectives through comprehensive talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Design and implement strategies to attract a diverse and talented workforce that aligns with the organization’s goals.
  • Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions to create strong talent pipelines and support the growth of high-potential employees.
  • Lead initiatives in training, development, and succession planning, enabling employees to reach their full potential.

Engagement:

  • Promote a people-first culture, championing the organization’s core mission and values.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.
  • Drive employee engagement programs that reinforce company values and strengthen team unity.

HR:

  • Oversee HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to relevant legislation.
  • Regularly review and improve HR tools to align with organizational needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on remuneration and assist the Finance team with payroll-related approvals.

Leadership:

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategies, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support organization-wide strategy and employee engagement across all sites.

Staff Retention:

  • Develop retention strategies, including career progression frameworks, satisfaction surveys, and mentoring programs.
  • Oversee a performance appraisal system to encourage high performance, supporting managers on related matters.
  • Manage annual salary benchmarking and performance reviews to ensure competitive and fair compensation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in a senior HR or Talent Management role, with expertise in employee engagement, recruitment, and people management.
  • A strong track record in building and managing HR functions within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment; technology sector experience preferred.
  • Proven success in fostering an inclusive culture and leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement.
