Our client is a highly successful, profitable and fast-paced, quality-driven organisation, and due to continued growth are looking to recruit a Talent Manager into their high-functioning HR team. This is a newly created role working alongside the HR Director, and will be primarily tasked with promoting external and internal talent pipeline, succession planning and delivering best-in-class recruitment strategy.
This role ideally suits someone who has a generalist HR background with a strong track record in talent and recruitment. Candidates should have previous internal talent management experience and knowledge of working in a commercial HR team. Unfortunately, applicants from recruitment agency backgrounds will not be considered, unless they have recent experience of working in a commercial, internal TA position.

Alongside the proven experience within a talent role, candidates should have exceptional communication skills, previous experience of using an ATS, the ability to interpret HR data and be able to work under pressure.
