Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our organization's talent management strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive company culture that drives employee engagement and business success.

  • Full function Human Resource Management in a stand-alone role, with approximately 60 employees.
  • Lead and innovate our company culture initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs and implement solutions.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Report HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying current with changes in employment legislation.

Qualifications
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Full working rights in the UK.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution strategies, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in developing and implementing culture initiatives that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and their application in the workplace.
  • Proficiency with HR technology and HRIS systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
