We are currently looking for a passionate Talent & Culture Coordinator, to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  1. Offering impartial advice to team members and managers.
  2. Coordinate daily tasks within the Talent & Culture Department and ensure smooth running of the department.
  3. Proactively communicating any changes within the Hotel.
  4. Following up with correspondence for all HR related matters.
  5. Inputting new starters and team member changes into the people system.
  6. First point of contact between work experience provider and Hotel to coordinate placement dates. To follow through with the work experience process from start to finish and ensure all the relevant documentation is stored in a safe and secure manner.
  7. Organizing and confirming work experience schedules.
  8. Guiding and advising team members through Maternity and Paternity.
  9. Carrying out risk assessments and confirmation of dates and pay for Maternity and Paternity, as well as tracking return to work dates.
  10. Coordination and delivering of Hotel Inductions - covering Mini Welcome Day, Welcome Day and Welcome Back day.
  11. Coordination and planning of monthly Communication Tea - gathering content and guidance throughout the presentation.
  12. Represent the Talent & Culture Department through actively participating at internal and external meetings.
  13. Representing the department as either an ICC, SET, Wellbeing or Health & Safety rep.
  14. Coordinating and planning of monthly calendars i.e. Birthday calendar, Training calendar, Social calendar etc.
  15. Take ownership of the social media platforms for team members and develop and maintain a calendar for social events and social media postings.
  16. Coordinate the monthly birthday cards.
  17. Manage all employee benefits from start to finish and issuing relevant and up to date information to all employees in relation to benefits.
  18. Manage the onboarding process for employees from start to finish.
  19. Office management and stationary orders.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
