Talent Coordinator - Digital & Entertainment

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

Location: London, Hybrid

Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Talent Coordinator to support their Talent Managers and represented clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for digital media and entertainment, and is looking to grow within the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Talent Managers with day-to-day operations, including calendar management, scheduling, contract tracking, and talent communications
  • Act as a point of contact for select clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed at all times
  • Support the execution of brand partnerships and media opportunities, including timelines, deliverables, and communication between talent and external partners
  • Maintain up-to-date records on contracts, brand campaigns, payments, and performance metrics
  • Help coordinate appearances, press events, shoots, and other engagements for talent
  • Track client output across social channels and flag key content, brand tags, or promotional posts

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year experience in talent management or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passion for the creator economy and digital entertainment
