We’re looking for a passionate Talent Co-Ordinator to join our amazing People Team at Thrive Childcare and Education! In this role, a strong knowledge of Cheshire East is essential to effectively support our recruitment efforts. Regular travel across Cheshire East is a key part of this role, so a clean and valid driving licence is required.

About The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Co-Ordinator to join our team! In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for prospective candidates alongside all hiring managers within the business, ensuring all documentation such as contracts, new starter forms, and other essential paperwork is completed accurately. You will work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment for their nurseries, playing a key role in driving successful hiring outcomes. Assisting in obtaining Right to Work and reference checks is essential, so knowledge of relevant legislation is crucial. Previous experience in a recruitment role and working with applicant tracking systems is required. To excel in this role, you must be efficient, approachable, and flexible when engaging with candidates.
