We’re now looking for an experienced Talent Business Partner, with expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), to join our growing HR team. This newly created role will work closely with senior leadership and managers to shape talent strategy, drive L&D initiatives, and support business growth. You’ll have the opportunity to influence key projects that enhance employee development, engagement, and retention.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver impactful L&D programmes focused on leadership, customer service, and operational training.
- Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement growth-focused initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
- Lead HR projects to drive engagement, performance, and wellbeing.
- Use data to assess and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Who you’ll be:
- Proven experience as a Talent Business Partner or equivalent, HR Business Partner, or L&D Specialist, ideally within the hospitality sector or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong background in Learning & Development, including experience designing, implementing and delivering training programmes and initiatives aimed at employee growth.
- Ability to lead projects, such as change management, engagement initiatives, or process improvement.
- Experience with talent acquisition, employee retention, and career development in a hospitality context.
- Experience with performance management systems and the ability to drive the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to development.
- Familiarity with HR technology systems (HRIS, LMS, etc.) and experience analysing and reporting on HR metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and managers at all levels of the business.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Qualifications:
- CIPD - Associate Diploma in Learning & Development or equivalent.
- Coaching qualification from a recognised coaching accreditation body is desirable.
