We’re on the hunt for a Talent Booker to join the programming powerhouse behind leading global Live Music and Entertainment brand. If you live and breathe live music culture, know your way around the festival scene, and have an unmatched ability to spot, secure, and scale talent – this role is calling your name.

THE ROLE

This isn’t just about booking DJs and artists – it’s about shaping culture. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, forward-thinking team responsible for creating world-class nights and music experiences that people talk about for years.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing and securing talent that cuts through the noise – from global headliners to underground icons.
• Building high-impact event concepts and curating line-ups that excite new audiences and loyal fans alike.
• Managing relationships with agents, promoters, sub-promoters, and event partners to keep programming fresh and on-brand.
• Collaborating with marketing to bring your events to life – from teaser drops to sold-out nights.
• Driving ticket sales strategies, performance tracking, and reporting on event success.
• Keeping a close eye on competitors, scene trends, pricing models, and what’s resonating with crowds around the world.
• Working cross-functionally with ops, production, and promotions to deliver flawless nights from booking to backstage.

WHO YOU ARE

• A seasoned Talent Booker or Buyer with a solid track record in live music, clubs, or festivals.
• Obsessed with the latest in music, nighttime culture, and festival programming.
• A master of relationships and negotiation – you know who to call and how to close.
• You understand event promotion, ticketing strategy, and how to make the numbers stack.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes late-night environment (yes, club visits are part of the deal).
• Strategic yet creative – someone who can balance the art and the science of live events.
• You don’t just follow trends – you help set them.
