We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent & Employee Engagement Co-ordinator to join our HR team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment process end to end (supported by the HR team and working closely with the Professional Services team), from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and helping with the employee onboarding.
Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. The employee engagement remit includes working to positively influence the culture and retain talent, whilst building highly successful and engaged teams.
