As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building high-performing teams and driving success across these essential fields.

What You'll Be Doing

1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to placement.
2. Industry-Focused Hiring: Develop targeted recruitment strategies for Social Care, Construction, and Education.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, networking, and innovative strategies to find the best talent.
4. Building Relationships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates.
5. Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong database of skilled professionals for future opportunities.
6. Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
7. Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline hiring and onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or sales, would be desirable.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: you build relationships effortlessly.
4. Ability to juggle multiple vacancies across different industries and stay organized under pressure.
5. A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
