Vista is made up of passionate people from every region of the world, getting better and bigger for 20 years.

Our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers in our CAMO Maintenance and Engineering teams and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process, on a permanent basis.

Based in London, you will be working on hires for our CAMO and Part 145 operations in Malta, Germany, and the UK. We’re ideally looking for a recruiter that has experience in Maintenance and Engineering recruitment, but are open to other technical industries as well.

While your primary focus will be on Maintenance and Engineering, you will also have the opportunity to assist with recruiting for other areas of the business when required. There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in projects as we develop the recruitment function within our growing and evolving business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders, and hiring managers and advising on the best hiring strategy;
  • Writing and managing job postings for the VistaJet website, job boards, and social media;
  • Performing initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the hiring manager’s brief;
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and acting as their point of contact throughout;
  • Performing salary benchmarking exercises and leading offer negotiations;
  • Collaborating with our Talent Sourcing Team on headhunting, pipelining, and talent-pooling recruitment leads;
  • Contributing to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools;
  • Collaborating on the development of Vista’s Employer Brand and messaging.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Experienced recruiter that has ideally worked on CAMO Maintenance and Engineering roles either in-house or for a recruitment company;
  • Experience recruiting at all levels;
  • You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience recruiting internationally – ideally across Europe, and in particular, Germany.
