West Recruitment is currently partnering with a global organisation who are a leading brand in the automotive industry. They operate in the distribution, retail and logistics markets for highly recognised brands.

About your new job
An exciting opportunity for a candidate who is seeking a team leader position for the small team, being the “right hand person” for the manager –
Working closely with the hiring managers for end to end Internal recruitment for blue and white collar for Australia wide – no more sales!!

  1. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs and pipelines are met
  2. Meeting with the global Human resources team and other management to report on month-end and important issues regarding the TA and HR teams and provide valuable support as a subject matter expert to the business
  3. Sourcing talent across platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and internal systems as well as seeking upskilling roles for internal applicants
  4. Assisting with procedural changes within the recruitment team such as new and improved interview processes etc.
  5. Updating and maintaining the internal systems to ensure all compliance is met as required

About you!
  1. Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition – leadership skills will be highly regarded
  2. Have ideas or process experience to implement new and improved processes to the team and business
  3. You will have experience working with SAP, MS Office and other recruitment or CRM systems
  4. Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment with the capacity to meet deadlines
  5. Expertise working end to end recruitment with a wide range of knowledge of blue and white collar roles
  6. Ability to think outside the box and have creative ways to seek talent
