We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team! You will be responsible for partnering with our stakeholders and delivering recruitment support while promoting Sodexo as an Employer of Choice where you will act with purpose and thrive in your own way.

Role Responsibility

  • Help to develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in-class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence, high-quality collateral for recruitment fairs, and engagement of relevant third parties to support brand-building and attraction.
  • Deliver against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience, each routinely tracked and reported against.
  • Engage with segment hiring managers to forecast and support planning and prioritization of resourcing needs on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
  • Deliver segment campaigns and recruitment drives for your own portfolio, working alongside the hiring managers.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media in order to build a bank of talent.
  • Be a true Brand Ambassador by promoting Sodexo’s social media presence through activity and engaging managers' use of these tools.
  • Utilize and engage hiring managers and existing employees to promote Sodexo as an employer of choice.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of what excellence looks like in the end-to-end resourcing process, as well as a demonstrable track record of delivery to evidence that comprehension. You will be able to demonstrate understanding in utilizing creative and effective ways of sourcing quality candidates directly, as well as the confidence, organization, and interpersonal skill to approach passive candidates for roles in Sodexo.

You will be highly organized and disciplined in managing workload and the end-to-end resourcing process, including utilizing technology (particularly Applicant Tracking Systems, scheduling tools, and online resources) for efficiency, as well as using lean processes and methods – i.e., rigorous campaign planning and contracting with hiring managers, up-front scheduling, and educating hiring managers to become increasingly self-sufficient.

This role requires the ability to consult and plan as well as think ahead. Some hands-on experience with different selection and assessment techniques is required, with the ability to select appropriate methods in their use to assist both the candidate experience and the quality of hires. You should be willing to build your influencing skills to relate effectively to a large and diverse community of hiring managers, understand their needs, and be flexible and responsive to them, while being resilient and assured in communicating best practices and applying your expertise.

  • 40 hours per week (8:30 am - 5 pm)
