Your new role
The Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consultant's responsibilities include qualifying current and future hiring needs, planning and executing our early careers advertising campaign and assessment stages, supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. A successful Talent Acquisition Consultant will ideally have a background and experience in early careers hiring managing successful end-to-end campaigns.
Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will help build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Role:
* Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to qualify recruitment needs
* Use a combination of advertising and direct sourcing to recruit; plan effective advertising campaigns
* Partner with local schools, colleges and universities to promote our student opportunities
* Use the ATS to source, shortlist and screen candidates to present to hiring managers
* Co-ordinate the assessment & selection processes (including testing, interviews and assessment centres)
* Ensure all candidates receive a positive experience and are kept updated throughout the hiring process
* Ensure hiring managers and HRBPs are updated on the progress of their recruitment
* Offer talent acquisition guidance and support to hiring managers around HR best practice and compliance
* Handle offer negotiations and support onboarding in tandem with the HR Advisors
* Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics
* Play an active role in promoting our employer brand and vacancies via social media
* Work with Talent Acquisition Lead to design, organise and manage the annual early careers hiring process (both graduate, placement and school leavers)
* Build a network of prospective talent through pipe lining via LinkedIn and other job boards
What you'll need to succeed
Looking for someone who has proven high volume internal recruitment / talent acquisition experience and previous early careers / graduate hiring experience as they will focus on our student hiring (50-60 hires per year).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of the key stages including screening/telephone interviews, designing & running AC's and liaising with stakeholders (e.g., updating on campaign progress).
Happy to travel to other offices and locations when required (mainly Sussex and Kent and mainly in February)

This is a hybrid role which is 3 days in the office/2 from home.
There are 7 offices to cover in SE London, Sussex and Kent and you could be based in either the Horsham, Sandwich or Shoreditch offices.
They could consider part-time applicants if they can work around 30 hours per week.
