What You’ll Do

1. Drive Hiring Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and craft effective talent pipelines - everything from pharmacists to senior leadership hires.
2. Source & Recruit: Tap into your network and creative sourcing techniques to find top-tier pharmacy professionals.
3. Leverage Market Insights: Guide hiring managers on trends, salary benchmarks, and how to stay one step ahead in the competitive pharma landscape.
4. Build Relationships: Be a trusted advisor for candidates, delivering a standout candidate experience from first contact to offer.
5. Stay Data-Driven: Put cutting-edge recruitment tools and analytics to work, optimising how we attract and hire the very best.

What You’ll Bring

1. Recruiting Experience: Around 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition - agency or in-house - must have experience of hiring pharmacy professionals (e.g., pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, or related roles).
2. Industry Know-How: Familiarity with pharmacy roles, licensing requirements, and market trends (or a genuine eagerness to learn fast).
3. Results-Oriented Mindset: A track record of delivering high-quality hires while juggling multiple priorities.
4. Relationship-Building Skills: You’re comfortable partnering with managers, clients, and candidates to get results.
5. Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
6. Agility & Drive: A self-starter attitude, ready to thrive in a growing, fast-paced business.
