Job Purpose
The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across the UK and Ireland.
We would love to welcome you to our Belfast office at Clarendon Dock.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity for our volume roles; including posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and delivering offers.
- Building candidate talent pools and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Actively source candidates for our vacancies via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
- Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.
- Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
What do we expect of you?
- Willingness to work on-site across the working week.
- Previous experience within agency recruitment (volume hiring experience would be an advantage).
- Pro-active approach to recruiting via direct methods.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively with flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with your peers to deliver on group targets.
