Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Reporting To: Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: Aberdeen or Edinburgh - Hybrid 2+ days in office per week

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Beam, you’ll be at the forefront of our ambitious growth journey, scaling recruitment efforts to support rapid expansion across onshore and offshore operational and technical roles. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, create sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while enhancing Beam's employer brand.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

Beam is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow. Upon joining, your objectives and responsibilities will include:

  • 30 Days: Understand Beam's business, culture, and talent needs. Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • 60 Days: Own and manage active requisitions, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • 90 Days and Beyond: Drive continuous improvement in the hiring process, contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and positively influence Beam's employer brand in the market.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Beam's employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

You should apply if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, preferably in the offshore industry, high-growth tech, or engineering environment.
  • Strategic sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
