About our Department:
The Talent Acquisition team has four members who play a key role in supporting the university’s growth by partnering with hiring managers to build their teams and manage both new hires and replacements. The team collaborates across Academic, Student Experience, Student Support, and Professional Services functions to attract top talent that aligns with Arden’s mission and values.
About the Opportunity:
You will play an important role in supporting the recruitment for our new campus opening in Nottingham which is planned for September 2025. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives and workforce planning initiatives.
In this role, you will focus primarily on proactive recruitment, project planning for the new campus, building talent pipelines, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. You will utilise social platforms such as LinkedIn, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies to engage with diverse talent and enhance our candidate pool, particularly for key roles within the new campus. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will refine recruitment processes, enhance candidate/hiring manager experience, and promote our employer brand.
About You:
You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within a Talent Acquisition role and have strong expertise in proactive recruitment, with the ability to identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, talent pipeline development, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and our ATS system (Teamtailor). You will have proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for both senior and entry-level roles across multiple functions - ideally within Academic, Student Experience, Student Support, and Professional Services teams although this isn't essential.
