Talent Acquisition & Marketing Manager

Flow Control is a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy providing headhunting services globally to the engineering & technical sales sectors.

We have 4 offices across Europe in Sutton Coldfield, UK; Dusseldorf, DE; Antwerp, BE; & Rotterdam, NL.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition & Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Development and implementation of group-wise marketing strategy.
  2. Building, maintaining, and improving the company brand.
  3. Effective promotion and nurturing of an enjoyable and rewarding company-wide work culture, including company-wide incentives.
  4. Production and distribution of Flowtec Group marketing material such as brochures for all divisions, job adverts, & candidate attraction documents.
  5. Operational responsibilities to be increased over time, including:
    1. Financial reporting and liaison with accountants.
    2. CRM management.
    3. Best practice governance.
    4. Managerial assistance.
  6. Liaison with suppliers in the UK, Germany, Belgium, & Netherlands, including negotiation of contracts.
  7. Some international travel required.
  8. European language skills such as Dutch & German would be beneficial but are not required.

The needs of the company will be best met by a dynamic individual who can act on their own initiative and manage their own time effectively.
