An iconic media brand is on the lookout for a new proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Manager to join their people team based in London.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have a broad remit and independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for this creative company, including sourcing, engaging, and recruiting new talent. You will work closely with the business and hiring managers and have real autonomy when it comes to creating the recruitment strategy.
There is also a lot of scope for wider project work around EVP, improving processes, and more.
This is a fast-paced, 360 end-to-end TA partner role. The ideal candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver, as well as work more strategically. You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a recruitment role in-house across the business.
