Network HR are working exclusively with a London based property development company that are embarking on an exciting journey, following an acquisition which has seen huge investment into the growth strategy. You will be responsible for the end-end recruitment process including designing and delivering a direct sourcing strategy, as well as selecting recruitment preferred suppliers.
This role will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding c.120 individuals in the built environment, as well as defining the full recruitment and onboarding process.
