Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager! The Talent Acquisition Manager will own all aspects of the T/A Department, including oversight of the full life-cycle recruiting process, create an exceptional candidate facing experience, partner with hiring managers to design an effective job requisition and recruiting process, collaborate with leadership to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals and strategies, as well as lead our internal team of Recruiters.

The ideal candidate will offer expertise in transforming the department, by evaluating current systems and processes and making recommendations to drive sophistication and effectiveness. We are looking for an individual who will deliver results.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
  1. Evaluate current systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvements that will drive results.
  2. Lead, develop and coach a team of recruiters through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all recruiting goals.
  3. Ensure effective use of talent acquisition tools, resources and campaigns to source and attract top talent.
  4. Build talent pipelines within our industry to ensure speedy and effective hiring.
  5. Manage special projects as a member of the talent acquisition team to innovate and continuously improve our process.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executives, HR team, and hiring managers to establish a trusted partnership.
  7. Drive an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  8. Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time.
  9. Source, screen and manage candidates through the interview process by providing efficient and high-touch experiences for every candidate from engagement stage to offer.
  10. Full lifecycle recruiting of candidates including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance.
  11. Leverage recruiting resources including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and source qualified candidates.
  12. Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations to optimize the recruiting process over time.
  13. Handle employee referrals with care and collaboration.
  14. Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal labor trends.
  15. Partner with the Human Resources Dept. on any special projects and events.
  16. Additional duties as assigned.
Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
  1. Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) of full lifecycle recruitment.
  2. 3-5 years managing a team of recruiters.
  3. Recruiting experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
  4. High level of expertise with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  5. Experience in sourcing from different resources.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions.
  7. Experience designing and implementing company-wide talent management programs.
  8. Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  9. Strong work ethic and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  10. Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation.

This is a hybrid role, with the possibility of working up to 2 days per week remote, after a successful training period.
