Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores, head office and distribution centre.
Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centres.
Give constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to end.
Partner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes - keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talent.
Attract and engage passive candidates - build your own network.
Proactively identify talent challenges and create impactful solutions to address them.
Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process.
Keep up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment law.
Create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location: Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
