Join our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and become an integral part of shaping our recruitment journey. In this pivotal role, you'll support the hiring process, from managing administrative duties to coordinating interviews. You'll collaborate closely with our hiring managers and ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
What will I be doing?
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange interviews and ensure clear communication between candidates and our corporate functions Talent Acquisition team.
- Communication Management: Address Talent Acquisition queries within a prompt timeframe ensuring accurate responses.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system for an efficient hiring workflow.
- Offer Management: Support the corporate functions Talent Acquisition team with the drafting and sharing of offer letters ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
- Onboarding: Collaborating with our HR Shared Services team to initiate the onboarding journey, resolving any concerns and ensuring a welcoming start for our new team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the corporate functions Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless and supportive recruitment experience for all involved.
- Candidate Feedback: Provide real time feedback to candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged at every stage of the recruitment process.

- Demonstrate exceptional administrative and organisational talents, with a keen ability to prioritise and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment, confidently interacting with colleagues across the business.
- Excellent organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Driven by a desire to understand existing processes and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
