We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us in Kings Hill, Kent on a contract basis until the end of 2025 (with the potential to extend/or become permanent).
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and helping us to find great people for our teams across Europe. You'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from assisting with candidate sourcing and ensuring consistent communication to scheduling interviews and helping with talent attraction campaigns across social media.
Collaborating closely with our small team of experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll learn how to deliver an excellent, best in class recruitment service and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects our values.
This role will offer the opportunity to develop your skills in candidate management, coordination, and to learn about different recruitment techniques all while playing a vital role in supporting our company growth.
