The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join EU Automation’s dynamic People Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping the business attract and hire top talent. This opportunity is ideal for somebody seeking change, and exposure to a wider cross functioning Global HR Team with the opportunity to support hiring managers overseas!

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, and supporting the onboarding journey for candidates.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, write engaging job adverts, and source top talent, whilst ensuring a smooth, centralized recruitment process.
  4. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  5. Report recruitment metrics on a monthly basis, providing talent acquisition insights and process improvements.
  6. Deliver exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  7. Continually think about how we can bring our PART’s out to play, as #PlayingYourPART at EU Automation is critical to our further success.
  8. Assist the People Team with wider team projects, including internal communications, engagement events, and the completion of our internal quarterly newsletter.

Requirements of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  1. Previous experience in a Talent or HR coordination role (1-2 years).
  2. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent desirable.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Be a team player and proactive, in line with our company Values.
