Job description

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its collaborative London-based team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performing and supportive team, supporting business services and fee earning functions in end to end recruitment.

This is a broad and varied role where you will work closely with hiring managers and partners, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience from interview coordination to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including drafting and publishing job adverts, screening applications, handling speculative enquiries, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Proactively source qualified candidates through direct channels, agency partners, and other innovative sourcing methods to meet hiring needs, while developing strategic talent pipelines and market maps.
  3. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to guide recruitment processes, including interview support, coaching, and decision-making insights.
  4. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all recruitment activities and contribute to data-driven hiring decisions using market trends and benchmarking research.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing and HR to create engaging recruitment campaigns and provide support on wider HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

The Profile:
We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a consultative approach. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within legal or professional services in house, RPO or agency.
  2. Experience of direct sourcing managing multiple vacancies across business areas.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the confidence to advise senior-level stakeholders.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  5. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
