Job Title: Systems Project Manager

About the Organization:
My client is an international voluntary youth group for individuals who are passionate about all things equestrian. It became an independent charity in the late 1990s, with numerous branches and affiliated riding centres in its home country. The organisation is represented in multiple countries worldwide, boasting a global membership exceeding 100,000.

Job Role:
You will oversee and work with the Technology team to deliver the necessary IT development pipeline to support the growth of the business. Provide excellent customer care and service support to Stakeholders, Volunteers, Officials, and Staff, ensuring high levels of efficiency in the day-to-day running of the system.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Has 2+ years experience in a Project Manager / Business Analyst role.
2. Has worked with CRM system delivery, support and maintenance.
3. Has worked closely with stakeholder engagement, and is confident in their ability to communicate plans effectively.
4. It would be a bonus if you have worked in or have a desire to work in a Non-Profit environment.

Key Information:

Salary Range: £35,000 DOE

Working Arrangement: 2 days on site (Minimum)

Location: Warwickshire
