A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with service teams, operational staff, and leadership to identify pain points and architect solutions that deliver lasting improvements. You will help shape the future of AWS operations by contributing to the next generation of cloud infrastructure management, while ensuring solutions are both scalable and maintainable. You may be required to occasionally participate in "on-call" rotations to resolve incidents occurring out-of-hours.
