The role:

A leadership role overseeing the UK programme for the functional systems engineering team, delivering the UK MRAD programme and supporting Land Ceptor in-service maintenance and upgrades. Reporting to the Chief Systems Engineer via the Certification Lead, this position involves leading a growing team to meet certification deadlines while managing complex engineering challenges.

What we want from you:

• Experience in systems engineering processes and delivering Certificates of Design for Land Ceptor programmes.
• Strong ability to adapt to new challenges and assess evidence from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in DOORS and requirements management processes.
• Ability to organise and manage a small team of systems engineers efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills to ensure the team meets project plans and deadlines.
