About The Role
Are you passionate about data management and system integration? We’re looking for a dedicated Systems Specialist to play a crucial role in our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our systems, contributing to our mission of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing a new HR system, ensuring it meets our organizational needs and integrates smoothly with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Validation and Migration: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data during the transition to a new system. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and rectify any data discrepancies.
- System Configuration and Implementation: Work closely with our Project Manager and systems provider to build and configure a cutting-edge system that aligns with our evolving business needs. Ensure that the system is tailored to optimize performance and user experience.
- HR System Implementation: Lead the implementation of a new HR system, coordinating with HR and IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Testing and Go-Live Preparation: Conduct thorough testing of the system to ensure it is fully functional and ready for go-live. Document test results and address any issues to guarantee a smooth transition.
- Ongoing System Maintenance: Maintain system integrity post-implementation, addressing user queries efficiently and ensuring that the system operates at peak performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular audits and manage risks associated with system operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
- Ticketing System Management: Oversee queries through our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution. Lead the implementation and training for a new ticketing solution to enhance user support.
- Proactive Leadership: Take initiative in driving system improvements and enhancements. Go beyond instructions to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
About You
- Experience: Proven experience in system administration, data management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of system integration processes. Experience in delivering/supporting the implementation of a new HR system landscape would be very beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data validation techniques, system configuration, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
