System & Process Specialist - Procure to Pay

What will you do | Lead and optimize S2C and P2P processes, utilizing Coupa solutions

You will be responsible for both technical implementation and lead in change, working closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure the success of the Coupa implementation. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams through change, promoting collaboration, and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes. You will also leverage your expertise to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with stakeholders to align strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps (down to level 4) to support the Coupa implementation, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
  • Lead the implementation of S2C and P2P processes in Coupa during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate a successful transition to Coupa, aligning procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, presenting effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Drive change management initiatives, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvements.

Who are you | demonstrated business expertise in S2C, P2P, and Coupa solutions
You have technical expertise and strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on driving strategic initiatives, fostering teamwork, and supporting organizational change.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive and solution-oriented mindset, along with:

  • Proven expertise in managing S2C and P2P processes, with significant experience in Coupa solutions.
  • Experience in drawing and maintaining detailed process maps down to level 4.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • A positive mindset and a 'can-do' attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field preferred; procurement certification is a plus.
