About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a System Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in data validation, migration, and integration support. This position involves building and configuring a new system for implementation, as well as driving ongoing improvements in collaboration with our Project Manager and systems provider. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring a smooth transition and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Validation: Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and integrity during the migration process. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  2. System Migration Support: Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide technical support throughout the migration process.
  3. Configuration and Enhancements: Work closely with the system provider to configure the new system according to business requirements. Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations to improve system functionality.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the system to ensure it meets all functional requirements and is ready for go-live. Document test results and collaborate with the project team to address any issues identified.
  5. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system. Develop user guides and documentation to assist with ongoing system use.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance post-implementation and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the project team to implement necessary updates and enhancements.

About You

Experience: Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data migration and system integration processes. Experience in delivering/support the implementation of a new HR system landscape would be very beneficial.
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, data validation techniques, and system configuration. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is essential.
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  4. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
