As part of the BEUMER Group UK Systems team based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch; you will be responsible for the pricing of modernisations and upgrades of the mechanical, electrical, and controlling parts of the BEUMER Group systems in the UK, Ireland and further afield.
You will create and maintain customer relations making sure you understand their needs now and for the future. These relationships will be built up together with our Centre of Competences and Group Companies around the world, by travelling and meeting customer's team of specialists. After that, you will be responsible for taking care of our customer's needs and assisting them to ensure that their requirements are transformed into specifications to draft the right solutions and implementation plans, which are then executed from our project department.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
You have an educational background in technology management, electrical or mechanical engineering or similar.
Most importantly, you have technical know-how and an innate curiosity combined with a commercial understanding. Cooperating with customers and colleagues from different cultures demands excellent communication skills and understanding of cultural diversity.
Naturally, you are driven by the customer relations being aware that their needs must be translated into specific solutions created by you and your colleagues. This requires empathetic communication and patience - at the same time you are responsible for proactively driving the process.
