Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our seasoned instructor team to deliver top-notch technical training aligned with the statement of training requirement.
- Inspire and mentor trainees with infectious enthusiasm, ensuring the highest standards of training excellence are upheld.
- Provide hands-on support for both practical and theoretical training sessions, catering to the needs of both the Royal Navy and our industry partners at the Trident Training Facility.
- Conduct thorough reviews of training documentation under the guidance of the Training Delivery Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Embrace shift work as necessary to support the Royal Navy's Training and Trident Engineering Support Trainer Programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved documentation, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards to uphold the integrity of the Trident Program and meet company requirements.
The successful candidate must be capable of achieving the appropriate level of security clearance (SC) initially and progressing to Developed Vetting (DV).
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience as an SWS Instructor
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional delivery, with a track record of engaging and effective teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
