About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

  1. Responsible for generating new business revenue for Citco’s private markets (private equity and private credit) line of business utilizing Citco consultative sales approach and leveraging our SME’s, driving the growth and expanding the firm’s footprint in the private markets space in Europe.
  2. Focus should be primarily on General Partners in Europe operating across buyout, secondaries, growth equity, direct lending, mezzanine, asset-based lending, special situations.
  3. Responsible for positioning Citco’s loan servicing/agency services in the private debt space.
  4. Raise the firm’s profile and increase brand awareness for Citco across Europe within the private markets ecosystem.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with the relevant stakeholders/feeders in the industry.

About You:

  1. You have a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 10+ years in Private markets (private equity and private credit).
  2. Minimum 5+ years’ demonstrated senior leadership experience.
  3. Communicate effectively – negotiation, presentation capabilities.
  4. Proven record of accomplishment in new business generation with sustainable YOY growth.
  5. Strong knowledge of the alternative fund industry.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Demonstrate initiative and leadership capabilities, ability to escalate when appropriate.
  8. CPA, ACCA, CIMA designation would be an advantage.
