Job description

As a Sustainable Homes Auditor you are responsible for conducting pre-occupancy assurance and compliance audits for developers applying for environmental incentives. This includes verifying compliance with water efficiency standards and practices to ensure alignment with industry regulations.

You will provide detailed feedback and actionable recommendations to developers and the Sustainable Homes Technical Lead, helping to enhance water-efficient designs and solutions.

Collaboration with stakeholders, including developers and engineers, is key to evaluating long-term water usage trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role holds accountability for reporting any deviations from water neutrality or efficiency standards and recommending corrective measures to ensure compliance.

What you need:

  1. Professional Experience: Experience conducting audits or inspections, particularly in sustainability or compliance.
  2. Data Analysis: Ability to assess and report on water usage trends and compliance.
  3. Technical Reporting: Experience in preparing detailed compliance and audit reports.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with developers and external technical teams.
