- Work closely with investment teams to effectively integrate climate, nature and other environmental themes into investment decision-making
- Engage with portfolio companies on climate and environmental issues
- Provide research and insights to help support investment decisions
- Contribute to firmwide content and strategy on environmental and climate change issues
- Represent the firm across a range of environmental/sustainability related industry bodies and initiatives
- Actively participate in client engagement
- Assist in developing investment products and strategies aligned with climate and nature objectives
- 7-10 years of work experience in ESG/sustainability investment analysis with expertise in climate change and environmental issues
- Passion for sustainable and ESG investing
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience building data models for climate integration and scenario analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Collaborative approach to work
