Job Title: Manager, Sustainability

Location: London, France, Spain, Italy and Germany

Department: Sustainability EMEA

Reports to: Senior Director

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are seeking a Manager of Sustainability to support clients in developing and implementing sustainability strategies across various sectors. In this role, you will focus on ESG initiatives, lead sustainability reporting, and advise clients on global and region-specific mandates. You will also contribute to thought leadership activities, including webinars, conferences, and articles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects related to sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Support clients in gathering sustainability data and fulfilling reporting obligations.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and ESG gap analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to develop annual sustainability reports.
• Support business development, communications, and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sustainability/ESG or general management consulting.
• Knowledge of EU’s CSRD, ESRS, and other ESG reporting frameworks.
• Familiar with ESG platforms like Workiva and Enablon.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Italian, in addition to English.
• Strong communication, writing, and project management skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's ).
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as required.
