Are you passionate about sustainability and environmental impact? Do you have experience in renewable energy, sustainability consulting, and team leadership? We are looking for a dynamic Sustainability Manager to join our growing Energy and Environmental Consultancy team.

As a Sustainability Manager, you will be a key advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on renewable energy solutions, sustainability strategies, and environmental best practices. Your role will be customer- and client-facing, ensuring that our clients receive the best advice and practical solutions to help them meet their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing projects, offering strategic advice on sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental impact.

• Develop tailored sustainability strategies for clients across various industries.

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in sustainability and renewable energy.

• Act as a thought leader in the sustainability space, providing insights to clients and stakeholders.

• Embrace a forward-thinking, open-minded approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sustainability consulting, renewable energy, or environmental management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

• Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and the renewable energy landscape.
