The Role

As a Sustainability Consultant, you’ll work closely with our in-house experts and clients to review their needs, identifying opportunities and crafting bespoke recommendations and solutions. You’ll work alongside Head of Sustainability, while developing and implementing sustainability strategies. Your expertise in renewable technologies (solar PV, voltage optimization) and regulatory compliance (ESOS, SECR) will help clients achieve their energy and carbon reduction goals. Additionally, you'll take a proactive approach to networking and business development, building strong relationships and generating new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in energy management or sustainability consulting.
• Deep technical knowledge of energy-efficient and renewable technologies (VPO / CHP/ EV Charges/Voltage optimisation).
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive energy investigations to assess current energy consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy solutions, and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Develop and implement bespoke sustainability solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Assist clients in achieving compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS).
• Monitor and analyse energy usage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainability and energy management.
