Job Description:
Mars has external science-based Climate Action targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) -50% by 2030 and net zero by 2050 versus a 2015 baseline. The Sustainability Climate Data Lead is an important role for reporting our annual GHG footprint and program reductions through impact factor development, enabling lower GHG product innovation, and guiding teams on GHG accounting requirements.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 107,071.00 - USD 147,223.00. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
