About The Role

Are you passionate about sustainability?

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity to come and join us to drive the development of our new sustainability initiative through our supply chain here at LV.
Support with the development and implementation of LV’s supply chain sustainability strategy.
Develop and implement our third-party sustainability framework, driving LV=’s environmental goals whilst adapting to our changing regulatory requirements. Work with our third-parties to obtain emissions data and work with our data analysts to convert this information into meaningful dashboards driving measurable outcomes.
Support the Third-Party Risk Management framework conducting supplier assurance activity for Material suppliers, working with stakeholders to support the drive of risk management in the supply chain.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract – working Hybrid with a couple days per week in our Bournemouth offices.

Key Accountabilities

Sustainability
•Develop and evolve the Third-Party Sustainability Framework in support of the Third-Party Sustainability Strategy. The framework is to include supplier selection requirements, supplier assurance requirements, and contracting requirements.
•Develop and evolve the Code of Conduct third party policy.
•Work with the Senior Third-Party Risk and Operations Manager to embed the Sustainability Framework into the Third-Party Management Operating Procedures (TPMOP) and relevant TPM systems.
•Support Contract Managers, VPRMs and business stakeholders in the application of the Third-Party Sustainability Framework.
Regulatory Changes
•Develop and evolve TPM frameworks to support changing regulatory and legal requirements, including areas such as Consumer Duty.
•Work with the Senior Systems, Process and Reporting Manager to embed the frameworks into the Third-Party Management Operating Procedures (TPMOP) and relevant TPM systems.
•Support Contract Managers, VPRMs and business stakeholders in the application of the frameworks.
Third Party Risk Management
•Provide support to the Senior Third Party Risk and Operations Manager with supplier assurance primarily relating to LV’s material suppliers.
•Engage with VPRMs and Contract Managers to support the following:
•Maintain up to date records in LV’s TPRM system
•Maintain a breach report for breaches of the TPM Policy
•Provide an internal TPM audit capability to ensure compliance with the TPM Policy and TPMOP
•Support Service Desk team as and when needed

•A passion for Sustainability
•Strong data management skills
•Good understanding of using systems and data
•Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
•Demonstrate integrity, pragmatism and good judgement
•Strong organisational skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to timescales.
•Strong attention to detail
•Dynamic and self-motivated style with an ability to deliver at pace and drive change
•Self-starter, able to operate will minimal supervision
•Willing to adopt a flexible approach to the fulfilment of work commitments.
